Yes, every Landing member has access to their property's amenities.

How do transfers work?

You can transfer to another Landing after you've stayed for at least 30 days in your current home. Call the member experience team to initiate a transfer.

What are the requirements of a flex stay?

Flex stays require up to a 6-month minimum commitment to live in the Landing network. If you leave before the end of a 6-month minimum, an early termination fee equal to 30 nights' rent will be added to your final statement.
